Ohio Renaissance Festival

Sept. 1, 2 and 3 from 10:30 am-6 pm
We love the Ohio Renaissance Festival – and the fun kick off Labor Day Weekend! Travel back in time — and save! Sept. 1, 2 and 3 adults are two for the price of one. BOGO adult tickets are available online at renfestival.com.

Cruise-a-Palooza at Coney Island

Sept. 1 from 12-4 pm
Head to Coney for a classic car show, featuring different makes and models from over the years! The event is FREE for guests to view the cars – regular admission rates apply for Sunlite Water Adventure and rides.

Sept. 2
It’s a full day of excitement for everyone! Performers of all kinds will appear at entertainment areas on both sides of the Ohio River. Family fun and lots of food and beverages will be available in all directions, capped off with the Western & Southern / WEBN Fireworks at 9:05 pm. FREE.

Last Blast of Summer at Kings Island and Soak City
Final regular season days: Sept. 1, 2 and 3
Labor Day weekend is the final operating weekend of the summer for both Kings Island and Soak City Water Park. The amusement park’s guests look forward to this weekend each year, when select food items, games and merchandise are just $1. Items include LaRosa’s pizza slices, hot dogs, the park’s famous Blue Ice Cream, popcorn, chocolate dipped Oreos & pretzel rods, and fountain soft drinks. Make a day of memories at Kings Island!

Labor Day Picnic at Stricker’s Grove
Sept. 3 from 12-8 pm
Stricker’s Grove is only open four days a year, and Labor Day is one of them! Get unlimited rides, roller coasters and soft drinks for just $12.50 per person (kids 2 and under are free). Ride hours are 1-4 pm and 5-8 pm. Read all about this hidden gem here.
