We’ve got your holiday round up for the first cold weekend in Southwest Ohio! Stay warm inside with cooking classes, trains galore, family fun days or throw on your coat for Summit Park’s Ice Skating rink opening!
This Cincinnati holiday classic is back. Your family will love driving through the region’s largest synchronized holiday light spectacular. Experience more than one million lights synchronized to a mix of traditional and rocking holiday music. Visitors of all ages will be awed by larger-than-life Christmas trees, glowing snowflakes, dancing candy canes, fantastic tunnels of lights, and more.
Returning for the 76th season, more than 300 rail cars and 60 locomotives chug through a mini metropolis on 1,000 feet of track. Track-level views reveal the intricate details of the display, from anxious passengers waiting to board, to cars with the perfect tree strapped to their roofs, to a visitor from the North Pole circling the chimney tops.
One of the largest of its kind in the Midwest, the Cincy Holiday Market features 325+ vendors with everything you need to make your season bright. This is the premier holiday round up shopping event of the season with hundreds of local boutiques and specialty stores all in one place, one weekend only.
Get ready to have fun and chill out when the Warm 98.5 Ice Rink at Summit Park opens for the season on November 12! Skate sessions are only $7 per person – skates included! Children three years old and under are free!
Join Greenacres for an open house style tour of our Greenacres Lewis Township campus. Visitors will be able to tour our brand new Education Center, learn about field trip and summer camp opportunities, and join our educators for arts activities, hikes, pond dipping, and more.
Family Fun Days at the Behringer-Crawford Museum include free holiday crafts with museum admission!
Science is everywhere! Spend time outdoors exploring light deprivation activities on a night hike. Indoors, participants rotate through stations performing experiments on their own and assisting as audience members for some group demonstrations. Basic chemistry and physics will be addressed and much of the supplies used are found in your own kitchen! A make-and-take project will be provided to extend your Science Night experience.
Create a holiday tradition for your family! See the magic of Christmas during this holiday round up weekend at the home of the World’s Largest Indoor Train Display. Take a “Journey to the North Pole”, where you can meet Mrs. Claus and Santa himself.
