Parky’s Farm: Spring has sprung on the farm and warmer weather means barnyard babies are here! Celebrate the barnyard moms who care for their little ones and explore how barnyard babies are like their parents. Meet the newest arrivals on the farm, make a craft, and enjoy a snack.
The City Flea | Saturday 10a-4p
Washington Park: The City Flea takes over Washington Park once a month with its local shopping experience. Vendors on the main lawn sell their local goods with no entrance fee to the market. Items like boutique style clothing, food + drinks, candles, homemade bags, signs and gifts are available each month.
YMCA Healthy Kids Day | Saturday 12p-4p
Dayton YMCA: The Y will be hosting kids fitness classes, line dancing, sports skills clinics, arts and crafts, and other enrichment activities, as well as games from Camp Kern. A Fun Run will allow families to compete in a friendly race. Additionally, prizes and giveaways will be handed out to all of the participants. Free.
Mother’s Day Open House | Saturday 10a-2p
Nakama Studio: There will be a variety of craft options available for the kids to make gifts for Mom, vases will be available for purchase, and also ceramic vases that the kids can paint for Mom and make a bouquet to add, supplies for Moms to make a silicone beaded wristlet or kids can make one for her and DIY Clay Beaded Bracelets with letters. We will have a flower bar with a variety of beautiful cut flowers for making flower arrangements and a plant sale including a variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Participants can choose any of the ceramics that we have available to paint during the open house and they start at $6. During the event hours, the community can shop from a variety of local handmade items that we carry at the studio to find gifts for mom.

Fowling Warehouse: Sunday is family day at Fowling Warehouse when kids are invited in to fowl with their families! For $14, drop in for open play or get all the cousins together and reserve your very own lane for a full two hours for $140!

Lebanon Mason Monroe Railroad: Join the LM&M Railroad to celebrate all the Moms in your life! Create a special memory aboard the Mother’s Day Special train ride. Every mom that comes to the Zoo on Mother’s Day will get in for FREE! When you arrive at the Zoo, please let our employees at the turnstiles know that you are a mother in order to receive free admission for the day.
