Blue Ash Chili

Dixie Chili
“Papa Nick” developed his secret chili recipe using only the highest quality ingredients: 96% Fat Free Beef Chuck, Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese, Bermuda Onions, and 100% Semolina Wheat Spaghetti. He passed the recipe down to his sons — George, Chris, Panny and Spiros — who continue to serve the delicious and nutritious chili Nick served back in 1929, fresh from the kettle, everyday.
Empress Chili
The OG of Cincinnati-style Chili, Empress is where it all began. In 1922, brothers Tom and John Kiradjieff, Macedonian immigrants, began ladling their seasoned meat sauce to theatre patrons and performers out of a small shop next to the Empress Theatre in downtown Cincinnati. Both the Empress name and its legendary chili caught on.
