Clinton County Fair

The Clinton County Fair, running July 5–12, 2025 in Wilmington, is a beloved summer tradition dating back to 1883. Held at the Clinton County Fairgrounds (958 W Main Street), it offers daily admission at $10 or a $30 season pass complete with rides, grandstand shows, parking, and entertainment.

Each evening brings exciting grandstand attractions like harness racing, demolition derbies, rodeo-style truck and tractor pulls, plus the lively Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull—perfect for little fair-goers. By day, enjoy a packed schedule of junior and senior livestock shows, live music, circus performances, Gospel night, aerial acrobatics, juggling, hula hooping, balloon animals, and face-painting.

With all this—and classic fair food from elephant ears and funnel cakes to gyros and sweet corn—the Clinton County Fair is a warm, family-friendly celebration of community spirit, agriculture, and wholesome summer fun.
