Your journey begins as soon as you walk through our doors. The in-store experience typically takes about 20 to 45 minutes. Start by exploring the Fragrance Bar—there’s nothing like the excitement of smelling dozens of different scents until you find the perfect ones. The friendly and knowledgeable scent experts will help you narrow down your choices, guiding you to the perfect blend
Once you’ve chosen your favorites, it’s time to mix them together and design your label. Then, you pour your custom scent into your chosen jar (available in sizes from 8oz to 16oz, many options under $30), and let the magic happen. Overall pricing will depend on the jar you choose! Your candle sets and cools in just 90 minutes to 2 hours, so you can pick it up the same day or come back later—and they hold onto your finished candle for up to one year!
If a candle isn’t quite what you’re in the mood for, don’t worry! The Candle Lab offers several other customizable home fragrance products, including aromatic mists, reed diffusers, and wax tarts. Pour Your Heart Out
Reservations are recommended for groups of four or more, especially on weekends, as Saturdays and Sundays tend to be the busiest times. To make your reservation, simply book through their website.
If you’d like to pour a candle and pick it up the same day, make sure to visit the store at least two hours before closing (5 PM Monday–Saturday, 3 PM on Sunday). If you’re not in a rush, you can drop by later—the process is relaxed, and they hold onto your finished candle for up to one year.
