Celebrate fall aboard LM&M’s Pumpkin Express!

This Warren County gem is reopening with a glorious fall excursion. LM&M’s Pumpkin Express runs two weekends only: October 17-18 and 24-25.

Cars will have seasonal scarecrow hosts who will be making seasonal balloon pumpkins during the hour-long ride. Upon returning to the station, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the Harvest car, pose for some fall-themed photo opps and pick up a pie pumpkin (guests will be directed one car at a time to adhere to social distancing requirements). As always, families can expect lots of fun and family memories aboard LM&M Railroad.

The Pumpkin Express is LM&M’s first excursion since the March. In reopening, LM&M Railroad has shaped its policies and protocols to provide the best and safest experience for guests. LM&M’s COVID-19 policies and protocol include: 

• Pre-purchased tickets/advance reservations. Tickets and pass reservations are only available through lebanonrr.com or by calling 513-933-8022.

• Guest check-in will be conducted by Team Members at our main boarding area. (The gift shop and ticket office will remain closed.)

• All guests will undergo a temperature check before boarding the train. (Similarly, Team Members will undergo a temperature check and Health Assessment before the start of their shifts.) Any guest or Team Member with a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or greater will be denied entry.

• Face masks are required for all guests two years old and older, as well as all Team Members.

• Train capacity will be reduced, and time between train departures extended to allow time to thoroughly sanitize the train.

Located in historic Lebanon, LM&M Railroad is a easy, scenic drive up 1-71. The train operates on approximately 16 miles of track between Lebanon, Mason and Monroe. For most trips, the LM&M runs 4.4 miles south from Lebanon Station in downtown Lebanon to historic Hageman Junction, then back to the station.
