Cincinnati’s Largest Pet Adoption Event Goes Virtual for 2021

My Furry Valentine, Greater Cincinnati’s largest pet adoption event, returns this year in a new format due to COVID-19. My Furry Valentine’s first ever virtual animal adoption event will take place February 6th-14th. The tenth annual mega-adoption event connects hundreds of animals with new owners by bringing multiple rescues and shelters together in the month of February every year.

Since the event started in 2012, My Furry Valentine has significantly reduced the number of animals killed in shelters by helping more than 6,000 dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and other furry friends find loving homes. This year’s event will utilize a platform called Adopets, which will allow adopters to view all adoptable animals online, schedule meet & greets, complete adoption applications and contracts, process payments, and schedule to pick up their newly adopted animals.

To help promote adoptions during the event, all dog adoption fees are discounted at $25 off, and cat adoption fees are as low as $10 during the event. Potential adopters can view adoptable animals starting February 6th by visiting myfurryvalentine.com.

Members of the community who are unable to adopt at this time but are interested in fostering homeless animals can also visit myfurryvalentine.com for more information. My Furry Valentine is hosted by PhoDOGrapher Pet Photography and organized with generous support from Petco Foundation, TEN, Raising Cane’s Chicken Tenders, United Dairy Farmers, Mix 94.9, B105, 97.3 The Wolf and Q102.
