ColorFall at Perfect North Slopes brings a mile of illuminated trail to Lawrenceburg, Indiana this fall.
ColorFall turns the grounds at Perfect North Slopes into a lit-up fall walk, with glowing trees, illuminated jack-o’-lanterns and seasonal light displays lining a one-mile loop around the lake. The event runs Friday and Saturday nights only, with chairlift and wagon rides included in the ticket price.
When Is ColorFall?
ColorFall runs Friday and Saturday nights, October 2 through November 7, for 12 event nights total.
- Gates open at 6 p.m.
- The lighted walk opens at dark.
- Last entry to the walking path, chairlift and wagon rides is 9:30 p.m.
- The event closes at 9:30 p.m.
Tickets and Pricing
- Adults: $18
- Kids ages 3 to 12: $9
- Kids 3 and under: free admission, no chairlift rides
Chairlift rides up the Red Chairlift and tractor-pulled wagon rides are included with ticket purchase. Tickets can be bought online in advance or at the East Lodge entrance the night of. The event entrance is through the pumpkin arch on the left side of the building. All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds.
What You’ll See and Do
The trail is a self-guided, one-mile gravel loop lined with LED-lit trees, fall scenes, illuminated jack-o’-lanterns and Halloween displays. Most guests spend one to one and a half hours on the grounds between the pre-show area and the walking loop. The chairlift ride takes about 25 minutes round trip, and tractor wagon rides run throughout the evening.
Food and Drinks
Seasonal hot and cold beverages and snacks are available for purchase on the patio outside the East Lodge and at a second stop halfway around the loop. Guests 21 and older can buy seasonal beer, cocktails and hard cider. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

- Accessibility: The trail is a gravel loop. Off-road or large-wheeled strollers and off-road wagons are allowed.
- Scare factor: The trail is not scary, though a few spots lean slightly spooky.
- Rules: Service animals only, no pets. No weapons, sharp objects, mace, spray bottles, promotional items or outside food or drinks.
