Creative World of Montessori focuses on the comprehensive education of students from age 3 through high school throughout the Dayton region and the greater Miami Valley area. Designed to ignite a passion for learning while developing important life skills, Montessori education at Creative World of Montessori encourages active learning and helps build a well-rounded, engaged student. Montessori classrooms are designed to encourage collaborative learning and develop leadership skills through a 3-year cycle with the same teachers. The Montessori classroom is free of the many social pressures allowing to nurture the child’s social, emotional, and physical needs.

Dayton Ballet School offers diverse summer ballet experiences, including a Junior Intensive, Summer Intensive, weekly summer sessions, Creative Movement classes, Adult Ballet, and three themed dance camps. These programs provide engaging training opportunities for dancers of all ages, combining technique, creativity, and fun throughout the summer.

The Dayton Live Creative Academy offers a variety of professionally curated performing arts experiences for all ages. From classes for beginners, and summer camps for the adventurous, to Broadway after-school intensives for the curious, there are year-round activities for everyone in the family. The Dayton Metro Library brings people of all ages and backgrounds together to discover new things about the world, themselves, and each other. Within our Branches and beyond our walls, we are advocates for exploration, champions of literacy, and active facilitators of empowerment, inclusion, and positive change.
The award-winning art ambassadorial program for young people, Docentitos Academy, trains youths ages 9-12 years to be Weston Art Gallery docents. During this fun-filled, two-week summer camp, students meet the artists and go behind the scenes of an exhibition to learn the inspiration and installation work that goes into creating a show. Upon graduating, students lead tours of the gallery's summer exhibitions.
