Young’s Easter Egg Hunt – A New Twist for 2025!
For 41 years, we’ve hidden 10,000+ real, hand-dyed eggs for our annual Easter Sunday Egg Hunt. This year, we’re taking a temporary detour with a fun and meaningful twist!
Due to the high demand for eggs in our local community and rising prices, we’re using plastic eggs and filling them with a different kind of treasure—a free ride on Cowtherine’s Carousel! Every egg will contain a special ticket, redeemable anytime we’re open.
Instead of purchasing 10,000 real eggs, we’re donating $1,500 to Second Harvest Food Bank in Springfield and $1,500 to The Foodbank in Dayton to support local families in need.
Join Us for a Fun & Meaningful Easter!
- Sunday, April 20th – Egg Hunt kicks off at 2pm for ages 4 & under, 2:20 for ages 5-7 and 2:40 for ages 8-10
- Barnabe will be there for photos!
- Meet our local food bank partners and learn how you can help support families year-round.
We’re looking forward to bringing back our classic hard-boiled egg tradition in 2026, but this year, let’s celebrate Easter with a little extra giving and a whole lot of fun!
There is no charge for this fun event.
We suggest you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your age category, so you have time to find the line and get ready to go!
