The parade will start at Curtis and Central Ave. Travel west down Central Ave. to Governor’s Square Parade followed by Character and Santa meet and greets at Governor’s Square. After the parade festivities, we encourage you to drive through Light up Middletown at Smith Park and attend Middletown Holiday Whopla!
