Event Details

Experience an immersive journey of sound and deep listening designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and restoration. This restorative sound immersion offers a supportive space to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself through resonant live acoustic sound. Join us for our first ever sound immersion experience in the acoustically resonant Grand Rotunda.

Using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoos, flutes, chimes, harp, handpan, and other nature inspired sounds, participants are guided through an evolving soundscape that supports mindful awareness, nervous system regulation, and deep rest. The experience invites moments of stillness and self reflection while cultivating a deeper connection to the present moment.

Participants are welcome to lie down or sit comfortably as sound unfolds throughout the space. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any other items that will help you rest comfortably during the experience. Chairs may also be used if preferred. No prior experience is necessary.

What to Bring:
You will be lying on the floor of the Rotunda, restfully closing your eyes while the sound envelops you. Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow, or any comfort items that will help you relax and rest during the experience. Comfortable clothing is recommended; water bottles are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
