Bring your little yogi and comfy blanket for this yoga class designed for Mama and Baby/Toddler. Door opens at 9:30 a.m. for play and connection with others; 45 minute class starts promptly at 9:45 a.m. (It is totally good to show up at 9:45!)   The class will start slow then warm up. No need to get them out of their PJs, just wake up and come on in.  For children 6 to 36 months.

Make a splash and have a blast with your tyke at the Mini Swim Lessons.  These are small classes, limited to six children, that invite parent participation to help give kids a gentle introduction to the water.  There are four classes offered, with three not requiring any prior experience.  Along with basic swim instruction, the class teaches water safety at a young age.

Dive in, or more likely wade, as your tykes are introduced to swimming.  The Parent and Tot Classes are broken up into two levels: Tadpoles and Minnows.  Tadpoles is for kids ages 4-12 months, and the primary focus is adjustment.  Minnows is for kids ages 13-30 months, and the primary focus is boundaries.
