Play, Learn and Grow at Northern Kentucky’s We Rock the Spectrum

As a mother of two neurodiverse children, I understand the need for our kids to have a space where they can just be, with no explanations required. An answer has been given to Northern Kentucky: We Rock the Spectrum (WRTS) in Erlanger!

This kid-friendly facility was designed for children with special needs in mind, but any child of any ability level is welcome and invited to visit! Everyone can play, learn, and grow together. 

While WRTS is for all children, the owners know that children with special needs often have therapies that are necessary and beneficial for their growth and development and to stimulate their senses. They specifically have 12 pieces of equipment in the gym to help with sensory input. The gym is such a benefit to special needs children and therapists alike, that therapists will often choose to have their sessions there. 

Equipment pieces include zip line, zip blocks with slide, crash pit, trampoline, tunnel, carpet swing, hammock swing, climbing structure, bolster swing, swivel rotators, climbing mountain, and rope bridge.

We Rock the Spectrum- Erlanger has birthday party packages available  with friendly staff ready to assist you and your family for a memorable day! There is also an option for private facility rentals on weekdays. In the near future, there will be new classes available to attend with your child.

WRTS also hosts special events and is booked by preschool and mommy groups in the area regularly. They can do character parties and even Parent’s Night Out events. There truly is something for everyone at We Rock the Spectrum- Northern Kentucky.

The owners of the Erlanger, KY WRTS location, Becky and Joe Stenger, have three children, two of which are special needs. They hope to build a community of families that can come together and have this location feel like home.
