Mark your calendars: this Friday and Saturday (September 9 and 10), from 6-10 p.m., the Cincinnati Nature Center is hosting its biggest event of the year, Preparing for Night. Anyone whoo-whoos anyone will be there! Bring your flashlights and discover the secret sights and sounds of nature at night at this fun-filled family event, which features:
- *Interactive stations along the trails featuring your favorite nocturnal animals
- *Live music with the Cash Only Band
- *Encounters with birds of prey from RAPTOR, Inc.
- *Free ice cream from United Dairy Farmers
- *Food from P&P Woodfired Pizza, Carbonara’s Grill and Wicked Hickory Food Trucks (for purchase)
Preregistration is not required. Tickets can be purchased at the event {for members, tickets are $8/adult, $5/child with a family maximum of $25. For nonmembers, tickets are $10/adult, $6/child for a family max of $30}.
