The Dayton Holiday Festival will welcome the holiday season to downtown Dayton THIS FRIDAY! The Grande Illumination and Parade Spectacular in Lights kick off The month-long Dayton Holiday Festival on Friday, November 29th.
The fun at Courthouse Square begins at 3 p.m. with free entertainment including musical performances, horse-drawn wagon rides, a Disney Princess Meet & Greet, carnival rides, face-painting, gingerbread house contest, food trucks, giveaways and more. It all leads up to the highly-anticipated tree lighting and the dazzling parade at 7pm.
Then on Saturday November 30th, Tommy The Real Elf joins us downtown for Shop Small Saturday. We’ll be stopping by some of our favorite locally owned downtown businesses and giving away thousands of dollars in prizes.
The fun continues throughout the month with the Holiday Movie Series at The Neon, the Whimsical Windows contest, Ice Skating at Riverscape MetroPark, and much more.
