Sunday is Family Day at Fowling Warehouse!

Like most kids, we love all things whacky and that includes FOWLING! A silly combination of throwing footballs at bowling pins down a lane in a huge warehouse. Located in Norwood, Fowling Warehouse Cincinnati offers two hour lane reservations or drop in for open play.

Every Sunday is Family Day when kids get to “fowl” from 12p-8p!

Located in the business district, you’re literally looking for a big warehouse! Keep your eyes peeled for the large Fowling Warehouse sign near the street and head straight towards the rear of the lot. Just when you think you’ve gone too far– keep going! The warehouse is on the back side with plenty of parking.

Once inside, everyone has to show an ID to receive an authorized wristband to play. The wristband doubles as your waiver, after all, this is a huge warehouse with flying balls.

Despite the flying footballs, Fowling Warehouse is super safe for families with tall netting surrounding all play fields. Each lane also has its own door entrance so it’s easy for the kids to run in and out without leaving your designated table/area. The fencing around the entire play areas make it extremely visible to keep an eye on your kids while still having some family-fun yourself.

How do you play?

Bonks. Bonks are a big deal at Fowling Warehouse. So much so, if you or a teammate gets a bonk, let them know at the front desk! We won’t totally spoil the details but a fun (and maybe loud) surprise happens when a player gets a rare bonk of only knocking the center pin down.

Aside from bonks, you can create your own game like whoever knocks all the pins over first wins. However, you can also go by the *Official Rules of Fowling* guide here!

Who can play?

During the week, children must be at least 10 years old to play before 8p. After 8p, the warehouse is strictly 21+ with two full bars and a weekend food truck.

Every Sunday, children can hop on a lane with their adults; just pay $14 for unlimited play or $140 for a two hour lane rental. For families wanting to drop in and don’t mind fowling with other families/groups, unlimited play is the route to go. Getting all the cousins together? Everybody pitch in for your own personal lane up to 2 hours and skip the lane sharing!

If you skip all the rules, kids as young as two could toss a football just inches away from the board, or really any age that can hold a normal-sized football. From teens to toddlers, everyone has a blast at Fowling Warehouse.

The Warehouse

Bring your own food or have Larosa’s deliver right to your lane! On the weekends, East Coast Eatz delivers up some delicious cheesesteaks right outside the warehouse.

However, keep the drinks at home. Fowling Warehouse has two full service bars with some fun items for adults like boozy gelatin and slushes.

The warehouse is also home to a small arcade area with basketball and skeeball so bring your quarters– most games are $1. Throughout the warehouse, TVs and projectors have all the Bengals, Reds, Cyclones and FC Cincinnati games on when in season!
