Things I learned on my Kindergartener’s Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch
Drive your own car. There’s not a worse way to start a field trip, than sitting on a school bus with two dozen five and six year olds.
Be prepared. Bring hand sanitizer and Kleenex. You never know, the kid sitting right next to you may get a bloody nose on the hayride. Trust me, it could happen.

Pay attention to the signs. We had a few close calls.

When kids are learning about ducks, they will line up like ducks.

Don’t worry about getting lost in the corn maze, there’s a very subtle white dotted line showing you the correct path.

Showing up will make your child’s day. If you have the opportunity to go, then do it.

Have a great Fall!
