Looking for an intimate date night? Pottery wheel classes are limited to two or four people. Arrange a sitter and bring along your favorite friends for a special two bowl-making class with glazes!
Pop in anytime with the kiddos and check out the affordable pieces ready for paint or glaze. Prices range from piggy banks for $15, $12 hanging planters, bowls and footballs for $10, ornaments from $2-$5 and many, many more pieces in between.

Shop owner, Amanda Barnes, prides herself on teaching little hands their way around different art forms. We were lucky enough to stop in while summer camp attendees were putting on their finishing touches of playful fairy homes. Amanda’s joy for art exudes onto the kiddos as they explore the fun mess art can bring.
We enjoyed having the option to paint our items and take home same day or glaze and return back once our pieces were fired in the kiln. We chose the latter and so glad we did! Our items were ready within a few days and made for perfect keepsakes. On average, the kiln process could take 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of pieces ready to be fired.
Cactus Rose Pottery has a lovely family feel as they welcome children of all ages and abilities. Retail items are available for purchase such as tumblers, pre-made pottery, crocheted pets, shirts and hard-to-resist adorable trendy stickers.
