Craft Cream Works

There’s a new ice cream shop in town, and it’s anything but ordinary.

Craft Cream Works is the sweetest spot in West Chester! Recently opening their doors in April, owners Alex Becker and Patrick Strang are now offering premium, house-made hand-dipped ice cream, boba teas and coffees.

This July for National Ice Cream Month, take your family to the newest and most unique ice cream shop in town: Craft Cream Works!

Craft Cream Works is located at 7736 Dudley Drive (next door to Plato’s Closet) in West Chester. Stop on by and try any of their 20 different homemade flavors listed daily in-store and on Facebook. And make your dessert even more special in a homemade waffle cone or bowl.

After a late morning swim practice, I took a group of Mason Manta Ray swimmers to Craft Cream Works for a special treat. We were amazed by the unique flavors offered and sampled several yummy ice creams before deciding on our special desserts. The girls decided on a combination of sorbets and ice cream in waffle bowls. And of course rainbow sprinkles completed the culinary masterpieces.

Being more of a traditionalist, I ordered the house hot fudge sundae. With homemade vanilla bean ice cream, lots of hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts and cherries, I was in heaven. It was delicious and I highly recommend. Plus, the portion is perfect to share!

Also, as the “dog days” of summer are upon us, you can actually bring your four-legged family members to Craft Cream Works. They have created Scoopy Doo ice cream your dog will love: a pup-friendly ice cream with grain-free peanut butter doggy treats mix-ins. The whole family can in enjoy special cool treats at Craft Cream Works this summer!

This July, whether you’re a West Chester local or enjoying a drive, stop by Craft Cream Works for delicious and unique homemade ice cream flavors. You will not be disappointed.
