MLK Day Community Cleanup at Nature Center at the Summit

Please join us in honoring a man who brought communities together to make the world a better place, Martin Luther King Jr.! Great Parks will host its 3rd annual MLK Day Community Cleanup around the Nature Center at the Summit! Volunteers, employees, and community members will walk around the neighborhood of Roselawn to pick up litter to support the local ecosystem and neighborhood.  After the cleanup, all will meet back at the Nature Center at the Summit and are invited to stay for open house-style programming and light refreshments to celebrate your hard work and the community! The center will be open for programming from 1 to 2 p.m. This event runs from 11:00am to 1:00 pm.
