Recipes are not written down but engraved into the minds of the three generations of bakers. Holtman’s makes baking an art form; and each dough is hand-weighed with a baker’s scale. The dough, while mixing, is not timed but watched with a trained eye for the right texture and appearance. The icings, glaze, custard, white cream are also produced from scratch. Located on Civic Center Blvd. (across from Top Golf), the West Chester Shop is open every day at 7am. With its open floor plan, cozy décor and lovely seating areas, Holtman’s invites customers to relax and enjoy a donut and a beverage (coffee/tea/etc). Or if you have a hungry family at home, pick your favorite dozen to be packaged with care by their friendly and fun staff.
