Ohio playgrounds are reopening today!

In the last few weeks, many Ohio attractions have slowly started to reopen, in accordance to Governor DeWine’s Responsible ReStart Ohio Plan.

June 10 (today!) is particularly significant — Ohio playgrounds are opening today!

Of course, there will have several virus precautions in place including social distancing and requirements for facial coverings. And many city governments are waiting for more feedback regarding health and safety guidelines. For example, Summit Park announced on their Instagram page today that, while their playgrounds are now open, social distancing guidelines still apply, and masks are advised.

Just this week, Kings Island, Coney Island and the Cincinnati Zoo rolled out their reopening plans. Members of all three of these local attractions can enjoy extended season passes because of the delayed start date.

If you plan on visiting a playground, please make sure your kids are feeling well, and to wash/sanitize your hands regularly.
