Berryhill Farm

Berryhill opens July 4 for u-pick blueberries, which run through the second week of August. Blackberries follow in early August and last through at least Labor Day. The farm is also hoping to have red raspberries again this season. Hours shift with ripening conditions, so check the Berryhill Facebook page or call before you go. No picking on Sundays. Blooms & Berries offers the widest range of u-pick options in the area. Strawberries return this season, typically available in early to mid-May, at $5.49 per pound plus a $3 per-person field pass (required, purchased online in advance). Sugar snap peas come in late May through early June, followed by blueberries in mid-June through early July, blackberries in early to mid-July, and a potato dig in mid- to late July. About an hour west of Cincinnati, Alpine Berry Farm grows naturally raised u-pick blueberries — no pesticides, no herbicides.
