2024 Winter Farmers Market Guide | Cincinnati & Dayton

There is just something special about visiting a local farmers market. Not only are you meeting your local farmers, bakers, butchers, etc., but your family will be purchasing/eating the freshest variety of foods available. And even though the weather is cooling, there are many Cincinnati & Dayton farmers markets open during the winter months.

Here’s our 2024 Winter Farmers Market Guide for Cincinnati and Dayton:

2nd Street Market
Open Year-round, Fridays 11 am – 3 pm, Saturdays 9 am– 3 pm, Sundays 11 am – 3 pm
600 E. Second St. Dayton, OH 45402
Local growers, bakers, culinary specialists and artisans fill this charming historical freight house. Reminiscent of European markets, it’s alive with vendors, people and activity during market hours.

West Chester’s Farmers Market
December 2 – March 16: Every other Saturday from 2-4 pm
Muhlhauser Barn, 8558 Beckett Road, West Chester OH 45069
This year-round market has produce, meats, baked goods, jewelry, soaps, lotions, pet treats, local food and more!

Deerfield Farmer’s Market
November 18 – April 20: 3rd Saturday of each month from 10-11am
Kingwood Park: 4361 Irwin Simpson Road. Mason, OH 45040
What started out as a commitment to quality, local, freshness and honesty continues to blossom. With a wonderful location and dedicated community members, the market is becoming a gathering place on Saturday morning for neighbors and families. 

Northside Farmers Market
October 19 – May 3: every Wednesday from 4-6pm
Outside behind North Church, 4222 Hamilton Ave.
The Northside Farmers Market is a year-round farmers market dedicated to providing items produced within 70 miles of Northside. They have fresh produce, meats, eggs, baked goods, bread, honey, handmade body products, prepared foods and more. Jan – Feb:

Lettuce Eat Well Farm Market
1st and 3rd Friday: November-April from 4-6pm
Roswell Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211
The market is held indoors throughout the year offering organically grown produce, 100% grass fed beef and pastured pork and chicken. Pre-orders only.

Findlay Market
Saturdays 8am-2pm, Sundays 10am-4pm
1801 Race St., Cincinnati OH 45250 (OTR)
Idea: Take the streetcar and enjoy the freshness and variety of locally grown food and unique, locally created products sold by Cincinnati friends and neighbors.

Jungle Jim’s
Open Daily
Fairfield Store: 5440 Dixie Highway, Eastgate Store: 4450 Eastgate South Drive
While this is technically NOT a farmers market, this local superstore does provide the Cincinnati area with the best local produce. Plus, it’s a pretty cool place to visit.
