Your Summer Bucket List: It’s not late!

It may be mid-July with back-to-school sales popping up, but summer isn’t over yet. If your summer’s going by too fast, consider making fun a priority. After all, no one said a to-do list had to be all work!

Start with activities that only happen in the summer… swimming, relaxing poolside, creeking, water parks, camps, chasing fireflies, boating, kayaking, etc. Then add in some destinations, perhaps a far-flung vacation, or a staycation that includes visits to the zoo, aquarium, King’s Island, Great American Ballpark, outdoor movies, etc. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, don’t forget the simple pleasures… running through sprinklers, sleeping in, eating popsicles, making lemonade stands, playing outside until dark, growing a garden, camping in the backyard and spending time with cousins and grandparents.

Check out Cool Mom Picks for creative ways to make a bucket list with your kids before it’s too late. From lists to scrapbooks and buckets to bingo, you’ll find something that will help you get the fun done, and enjoy the process to get there!
