From 11a-3p on May 14 in the Terrace Cafe, Moms and their families are invited in for a special meal with reservations required. Expect an omelet station, homemade baked goods, ala carte bagel, yogurt, casseroles and fruit juice.
Arrange a Floral Piece
Join the Eve Floral Co. team for an extra special evening of flower design celebrating the beautiful, strong women in our life!
This year, each guest will design their own fresh flower centerpiece in our signature Mother’s Day palette of bold orange and peach, creamy white and soft buttercream yellow. Spend the class learning tips and tricks from our team about designing with seasonal flowers – whether you source from markets or grocery stores, our tips are guaranteed to give you the tools to be successful! Leave with not only the knowledge on how to create on your own, but a beautiful centerpiece prepared in class.
BB River Boats
Cruise the Ohio River with your mom this Mother’s Day. She will enjoy a Brunch Cruise from 1-3 p.m. (Boarding starts at Noon) or a Dinner Cruise 5:30-7:30 p.m. (Boarding starts at 4:30 p.m.). Book your trip down the river here!
Taft Mother’s Buffet and Donut Bar
Treat Mom on Sunday, May 14 at 11:30a and 1p to a delectable meal from the Lindner Family Café, served in their garden tent. Celebrate with brunch, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices and a mini-donut bar for dessert. Coffee, hot and iced teas, juice, and lemonade are included. Krohn Conservatory
Transport mom to the meadow with a visit to Butterflies of the Meadow at Krohn Conservatory. Tickets may be purchased online or at the front entrance of Krohn Conservatory. There is a capacity limit in the showroom, if at capacity you and guests may be asked to wait for entry.
Mother’s Day Lunch & Craft Show
Calling all wine loving moms! Head over to Vinoklet Winery and Restaurant to enjoy live music outside at while you shop and get a bite to eat at the outdoor grill, or make a reservation for the lunch inside the restaurant.
Make your own custom candle
On May 6, bring Mom into Manitou Candle for a candle making class! Unplug from everyday life and foster original interaction through inspiration. Learn the art of making scented soy candles while spending time with old and new friends. Our experienced chandlers will guide you through the entire process of candle making. Each student will make two 11 oz candles (of their same custom scent). Class time is typically 1.5 hours.
Make a Glass Heart Pendant
Celebrate Mom’s special day making a heart pendant in the Neusole hotshop! With the help of our professional glassblowers, you will sculpt a heart pendant, must be 12 years or older.
Train Ride on LMMR
Join the LM&M Railroad to celebrate all the Moms in your life! Create a special memory aboard the Mother’s Day Special train ride. Moms can enjoy a complimentary Mimosa as they ride through the countryside of Warren County, and Mom’s even ride FREE with a purchase of an additional ticket!
