With a passion for creating art with children, Artful Gathering’s space in New Richmond is one of a kind– just like their classes and camps! Located in a stunning old church, parents are welcome to drop off their children for a class or stay and enjoy the cozy lounge.
Artful Gathering offers kids art camps, weekly classes, birthday parties and adult workshops!
Weekly Classes
Recurring classes are currently offered on Tuesday and Saturday mornings and invite children in to explore a variety of art mediums.
Mini Makers: For children 4-8, This art class is an immersion and exploration of fun art supplies and a love of children’s books! Hands-on learning through art projects and process art
Colorful World: For children 9-13, in the loft, children explore mixing together all types of art materials to create lots of process art as well as finished art. There will be collaborative pieces along with individual art-making! Each week builds on the lesson before!
Artful Gathering Camps + Events
Mini camps at Artful Gathering range from 2.5 – 5 hours long and come with their own themes like outer space, travel the world, art & music, abstract art, STEAM and 3D art. Children will spend time learning about various types of materials, mediums and ways to apply their creativity to everyday life.
Special events, such as the Girls’ Art and Faith Retreat, are offered on occasion– make sure you’re following Artful Gathering on Facebook for these special announcements!
Adult Workshops
Parents love art, too! Needing an outlet to express your own creativity? Artful Gathering hosts adult workshops like Mother’s Day embroidery necklaces, writer’s retreats and the art of budgeting for beginners.
Artful Gathering is now ACE certified, use your funds to explore creativity and imagination!
