Backyard Maple Sugaring

Have you always wanted to make syrup from the maple trees in your yard? This hands-on how-to workshop will be filled with “sweet” advice for those wishing to make syrup. Selection of trees, tapping, sap collection, sap storage and boiling will be addressed, as well as finishing and canning syrup on a small scale.

Preregistration required. Member adult $15; member child $15; nonmember adult $23; nonmember child $23 (includes daily admission).
