Free Outdoor Movies Around Cincinnati and Dayton

There’s something very satisfying about watching a movie outside with a lawn chair, a blanket and kids who are suddenly capable of sitting still because they’re outdoors after dark.

Across Cincinnati and Dayton, parks and community spaces are rolling out free outdoor movie nights all summer long. Most start at dusk, many include food trucks or pre-show activities and nearly all are free.

Here are some of the best free outdoor movie series happening around Southwest Ohio this summer.

Cinema at Washington Park

Washington Park’s outdoor movie series is back with Tuesday night screenings on the Civic Lawn. Bring chairs, blankets and snacks, or grab food and drinks from nearby vendors in Over-the-Rhine.
