Great Parks Parky’s Wetland Adventure in Woodland Mound and Parky’s Ark in Winton Woods are open for the season! Generations have been visiting the splash pads and the water features at Sharon Park, too. After renovations in recent years, put Great Parks splash pads on your summer bucket list.

Giving children a chance to cool off in a fun-filled space, Great Parks offers wet playgrounds at Parky’s Ark at Winton Woods and Parky’s Wetland Adventure at Woodland Mound. This season will be the second year since Great Parks made safety upgrades at the wet playgrounds to fix surface and cracking issues, work made possible when voters passed a levy in 2021.
Admission to the wet playgrounds costs $6.50 per child.
Sharon Woods Harbor also offers a meandering man-made stream feature at its playground, free of charge.
Bathing suits are required and children must be supervised. Hours of operation and additional information about wet playgrounds and the Sharon Woods Harbor water feature are available at greatparks.org.
