Guide to Trick or Treat Events in Cincinnati

Halloween is fast approaching, and we can all use a little fun in the form of candy and costumes! While COVID-19 has affected some local events, there are still lots of fun trick-or-treat opportunities to be had in the tristate. So dress up and get ready for a month of festive fun!

Here’s your 2020 Guide to Trick or Treat Events in Cincinnati:

Ongoing

These events happen all throughout September/October, so pick a weekend and plan a visit!

Saturdays at the BOO!seum
Oct. 10, 17, 24 and 31 from 10 am-4 pm at Cincinnati Museum Center
Cincinnati Museum Center is helping families scare up some fun this October. From dance parties and costume parades to creepy crawlies and scavenger hunts, Saturdays at the BOO!seum are all treats and no tricks. Saturdays at the BOO!seum will feature a pumpkin scavenger hunt in the sprawling Cincinnati in Motion display and science experiments on the Austin E. Knowlton Foundation Science Stage. Families can meet some of CMC’s resident creepy crawlies including Madagascar hissing cockroaches, snakes and more (we promise they won’t end up in a witch’s brew). Costumed museum staff will also lead a costume parade around the fountain outside at 10:30 am and will host a Monster Mash dance party at 3 pm. While there will be no trick-or-treating for safety reasons, there will be a few tricks courtesy of museum educators (with a little help from physics and chemistry) and themed treats available from Nourish513 courtesy of SSA. Event is free for members and included in admission for nonmembers; RSVP required for all guests.
