Cincinnati Nature Center’s Light in the Forest illuminates the forest all month long in December, starting on the 1st and ending on the 30th, from 5:30-9p each night.
This December, the annual holiday walking tour will feature light displays by regional artists along an expanded trail. Join the nature center for a celestial walk through the illuminated woods! Marvel at the many light displays and interactive activities as you stroll through the forest. There will be music, food trucks, drinks, and holiday shopping. Bring your friends and family to this seasonal tradition!

Note:Â You are registering for a timed arrival. Please arrive on time at the gatehouse at your reservation start time listed on your ticket, or for a thirty-minute window thereafter.
• 5:30 pm start time — arrive at the gatehouse between 5:30–6 pm
• 6:30 pm start time — arrive at the gatehouse between 6:30–7 pm
• 7:30 pm start time — arrive as close to 7:30 pm as possible to fully enjoy the experience
Our trail will take about an hour or so to complete. The event closes at 9 pm.
Light in the Forest will take place on select evenings December 1-January 1 from 5:30-9 pm at Cincinnati Nature Center’s Rowe Woods location.
