Pine Lake Waterpark is a solid summer day trip for families who want something more than a standard pool. Located about two hours north of Dayton, this family-run waterpark has been operating since 1922. Guests swim in a real lake with waterslides, a jump tower, a zip line, and a genuine beach setup.

Attractions at Pine Lake Waterpark
Pine Lake mixes the feel of a beach near Cincinnati with the features of a waterpark. There are giant water slides, log walks, a black hole slide, and a drop slide. Shallow-water attractions, including racing slides, a curly slide, a kiddie slide, and a splash pad, stay open until 8 p.m.

The Jump Tower has 10-foot, 20-foot, and 30-foot diving platforms. The 30-foot platform opens once a day, typically between 3 and 4 p.m. The jump tower is in deep water and is for strong swimmers only.

The Cable Ride is a zip line perched 10 feet above the water. It’s a quick ride, but popular enough to draw a line on busy days.
The lake itself is up to 18 feet deep at its deepest point, with a wading area and roped shallow section for less confident swimmers.
See the full list of attractions on the Pine Lake website.
