Snapology’s mission is to make STEAM learning fun! In our programs children are introduced to STEAM concepts through educational play. They’re having so much fun they do not even realize how much they’re learning! Additionally, Snapology programs are curated to build confidence, promote creativity, teamwork and social skills; and to develop problem solving and iterative learning skills.

What makes Snapology of Westchester Twp unique?

Snapology camps not only promote STEM educational fun they also promote teamwork, creativity, and public speaking. Our programs incorporate hands-on activities which provide applied learning of STEM concepts relevant to science, engineering, architecture, robotics, coding and problem solving ability. Additionally, we are one of the few STEM providers offering robotics camps for Preschool through 1st grade.

What activities are offered at Snapology of Westchester Twp?

Hands-on building activities using LEGO bricks, K’Nex, Cublets, LEGO Robotics Kits, Technology and Craft Supplies. Fun activities and games are also incorporated throughout the camp.

Minimal.

Parents provide snacks and lunch (for full day)

What is the typical daily schedule for campers?

For a 3 hour half day camp children will have 2 to 5 different activities and/or games with at least 2 – 15 minute breaks for snacks, games or movement activities.

For full day camps children have a 1 hour lunch break in between AM and PM Camps (different themes) for eating, free building and game play.

Children may do free building and/or play games during early drop off and late pick-up times.

How old are the counselors and how are they trained?

Our camp instructors and assistants are experienced at working with children and are school teachers and/or college students (usually assistants).

What accommodations are made for campers with special needs?

Our programs are inclusive. Additionally, most of our staff has experience working with special needs children and we make adaptations for various sensory issues that are disclosed to us. Special needs children are also welcome to attend with an aide.
