For two days, August 10-11 from 10a-5p, Heritage Village Museum is opening its doors for free!
Visit the Village for FREE and discover the history of Ohio during the 1800s. Several buildings will be open and interpreters in historical clothing will do demonstrations.

10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
-Take a tour of Kemper Log House
-Take a tour of Vorhes House
-Try your hand at calligraphy
-Listen to a dulcimer in the church
-Watch a hand-stitching demonstration
-Learn about printing in the Schram Print Shop
-Watch a woodworking demonstration
1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
-Take a tour of Chester Park Train Station
-Take a tour of Vorhes House
-Watch a butter churning demonstration and sample some fresh butter on cornbread
-Try your hand at calligraphy
-Play a game of graces
-Listen to the pump organ being played in the Church
-Learn about printing in the Schram Print Shop
-Watch a woodworking demonstration
