Symmes Township must have one thing and one thing only on their mind- being home to the coolest playgrounds in Cincinnati. With the future in mind, playgrounds around the township highlight inclusive, sensory-friendly structures, and downright COOL designs like the brand new tree house playground in Seven Gables Park.

The park expansion invites families to the new playground with brightly colored handicap-accessible turf, a multi-tiered tree house, two speedy slides, web netting, climbing wall, swing hammock, swings, and a toddler play space. One of the fun perks of this playground is the amount of low-to-the-ground features that our youngest kids can enjoy safely.
The playground is set near the mighty trees, providing a cool spot for kids (and parents!) to cool off during and after play. Nearby, a covered pavilion is the perfect spot for a picnic with family and friends. Parking is spacious, so round up the crew and check out this new addition! Little mushroom climbers are fun to hop around while up in the tree house there are gears to turn and giant marbles to manipulate colors with light. Great for strengthening fine motor skills on tiny hands!
Bigger kids love the tall spiral poles, monkey bars, climbing walls, three ring ozone climber, and web netting leading up to the top of the tree house. The garden-themed playground has plenty of space for kids to run around without bumping into each other.
Seven Gables Park, first opened in 1997, has 8.3 acres of land to explore with a half mile paved walking trail, tennis & basketball courts, and playground. From April to October, the pavilion can be rented for birthday parties and gatherings with a charcoal grill for barbecues.
